Court Grants Final Approval to $3.7 Million Settlement in Automatic-Renewal Class Action Against Peacock TV.

11/21/2024: GR Firm is proud to announce that a federal court in New York granted final approval to a $3.74 million dollar class action settlement on behalf of consumers who were automatically renewed by Peacock TV which they alleged violated California's Automatic Renewal Law. GR Firm originally filed the lawsuit against Peacock TV on September 15, 2023.

The case is Winston v. Peacock TV LLC, Case No. 1:23-cv-08191-ALC, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York
